So I've been searching for hours trying to find a way to get my Xbox 360 to read burned game backups, but all the tutorials I found involve taking apart the 360 and plugging it into a PC with a lot of extra equipment. I wanted to find a way to play burned game disks without having to open up the thing.

So far the only tutorial I found that claims to achieve this is where you use a boot disc that somehow enables the console to read the discs but Im not convinced. Also this way you don't have to buy the games from some asshole trying to make profit off of pirating, but you can also just pirate the games yourself.When u put the new drive into the xbox you should have also swapped the drives boards over too due to tehe fact they are tied to there individual machines.
