Basically, I had to install Windows 10 on a new drive since the one I originally had upgraded it on died. Running Recovery wouldn't work because my original drive could no longer be read, I did create the Windows 10 ISO, but I installed it as a new Installation. Apparently, because I had already upgraded and activated Windows 10 prior to my hard drive dying, I was safe.
